This sounds like a homework question. People that have lower incomes may not have health insurance and may not be able to get regular health care as needed. Because their incomes don't stretch as far they are more likely to buy food that is not necessarily providing the best vitamins but stretches to feed more people. example would be quantity vs. quality = a pack of Hot Dogs at .89 cents and a dollar pack of buns could feed 5 kids lunch or the family may spend 10.00 on fish for the kids. The hot dogs go farther but the fish is healthier. Unhealthy foods can bring on vitamin problems..but the family may not be able to go to the doctor because they do not have the money or insurance.
