assuming your not a racist just trolling the internet for kicks. your question is asked incorrectly. evolution is not somthing that has a pre defined end result. only a better result for a fixed stimuli. if you were to ask what race of humans are least evolved to live in the ocean, or better evolved to endure space travel. would be the correct way to phrase a question about evolution. some people think that the amount of bonded pairs or twists per 10 pairs shows how evolved a spicies is and if that is the case the simple common amoeba has the most dna on the planet so far, but few would argue that it is more "evolved" than a muti cellular organizm
