Where is the crankshaft position sensor located on 1983 Porsche 944?

if you look on the rear of the motor from the top where the clutch cover meets the block look down between the brake master and intake it has two wires on top and looks like part of the clutch cover but its not very hard to unbolt 6mm Allen head bolts
