Is there a way a consumer can buy Gold N Sweet pan release spray?

I believe that it is possible to buy Gold N Sweet as an everyday consumer. I have seen several sites that sell it by the case which contains 6 20.5oz cans. Most of the sites have a price of about $40 dollars a case.
