Where is oil filter on 2008 Odyssey?

For 2008 models, the oil filter is in the left aft cargo compartment on the subfloor. Open the cargo compartment behind the third seat, look on the left side, and there will be a filter the size of a Campbell's soup can there. Use an oil filter wrench, or your bare hands, to remove it. Recommend you fill the new filter with oil before you replace it so that the engine is not starved for oil in the 10 seconds after you start it up after the oil change.
