Define what is a first class hotel?

First class ususally coincides with five-star in the hotel industry. First class accomodations are for the financially well-off and the detail descerning. That distinction is usually awarded by a hotel critic or some other body, and is based on evaluations of hotel ammenities, service, customer satisfaction, and "extras" that go above and beyond standard hotel service.
