What to do if your ear gauge rips?

Rips completely in two? Or just on the inside of the fistula?

If torn in two, all you can do is basically get plastic surgery to fix it.

If you stretched unsafely and ripped the inside of your ear hole, then you should downsize for about a month until it heals.
