Bed bug nymphs are small, reddish-brown insects with a flattened oval shape and visible antennae. They feed on blood and can bite humans. Booklice, on the other hand, are tiny, pale insects with soft bodies and no wings. They feed on mold and mildew, not blood. In terms of behavior, bed bug nymphs are nocturnal and hide in cracks and crevices during the day, while booklice are active during the day and prefer damp, humid environments.
