Are there rewards for reporting drug smuggler?

well it depends if this drug smuggler has commited a lot of crimes in the past and the police are looking for him and if theres warrants out to search for him, yeah theree should be a pretty decent award for finding him and reporting him, but you only get the reward if they catch him i think.
