To get Leonardi Da Vinci's notebook for him

Da Vinci's notebook is at the Statue of Liberty (10 o'clock, 1882 AD). Climb up the scaffold to the top left and jump hard left. It is on the ledge. Bring it back and you also receive the Glider Wings.
