I would have to say that limiting the chances of contracting AIDS whilst performing gay sex would be; A) Always wear a condom!

B) Lots of lube to prevent tearing.

C) Start off maybe with a couple fingers before using your penis (to slowly stretch the anus to help prevent tearing).

D) Lots of foreplay, make it as hot and passionate as you can.
