What qualities must an individual possess in order to be a good receptionist?

I'm no expert but to be a good receptionist, you would need people skills (be nice and welcoming), know how to manage a computer fast and easily, and negotiate. But remember i am no expert so you might be better going into hotels or maybe doing a servay from your local hotels.
