How do you replace a lost build a bear birth certificate?

If you can remember it's name and when you got it then you have no problem just ask them to look in their records and you will get a new birth certificate. But if you can't remember when you got it or what it's name is, bring in the animal in and have them scan the tag on their computer, hopefully it will be in their records and they can copy the information and print you a new certificate!
