Will you miss your regular period 1 to 2 weeks after conception?

Yes. If an egg has been fertalised and is growing in the womb, then you shouldn't get a period. Very occasionly a woman will carry on having periods throughout a pregnancy, but if you do bleed whilst you are pregnant you need to go and see the doctor straight away just in case.
