How do you remove and install harley Davidson tank badges?

Use isopropyl alcohol to weaken the tape holding the original badge on. This will not damage the paint.

Wipe tank clean and ensure all residue is removed.

Use string like a plumbob to measure the position on each side of the tank at the front and back of the new badges from the centre of the tank (over the top)

Do the same to position the front of the new badge by going around the front of the tank to ensure each badge is the same distance from the front centre point.

Carefully affix the new badges
