Read your policy.... we owe LKQ- Like, Kind and Quality, per YOUR WRITTEN CONTRACT. Same with claimants, you are subject to the policy unless you have NEW CAR ENDORSEMENT OR A LEASED VEHICLE WITH NEW CAR REPLACEMENT STIPULATIONS IN THAT CONTRACT.
