The M23, part of Britain's motorway system, was constructed between 1972 and 1975. It is most known for it's accessibility to the M25 - the circular motorway that encircles London and nearby communities.
The M23 runs north/south and connects to the A23 continuing on to Brighton. The M23 is a primary access road for Gatwick Airport, Crawley and other communities in West Sussex.
