What is the starting salary of an urologist?

150K - 400K is what I have seen typically. 150 or so would be a group hiring a new young Urologist out of residency who will need to build a practice, the typical scenario. 400+ would be a hospital hiring a urologist, perhaps into an area with a shortage such as a small town.
