I think you are being very unfair to your current girlfriend. I think you enjoy the attention of both this young women. Time to take a brain cell count!
First off, you have to decide why you left your first girlfriend. If it was just a mild argument perhaps you were in too much of a rush to date someone else. If your ex was abusive, unfaithful, then you really don't want to go back to her. You know the reasons why you and your ex parted, so it's up to you to make up your own mind.
Some men often love a woman that is mysterious, flirts with other men, is super attractive (classified as a 10) and falls in love physically. They like the "show piece" on their arm when they are seen by their friends. Some men find this exciting, but actually it's rather twisted. A woman that could/would do these things to their boyfriend or husband is not a woman to be trusted and could make the man's life a living hell.
Sounds like your future girlfriend is a great gal, so I would tread very carefully. If you are seeing your ex (from the sound of your message I believe you are) then you have to make up your mind fast and be honest with your future girlfriend and let her get on with finding a suitable boyfriend for herself. Time to come off your ivory tower and start thinking about other people's feelings.

i think your a very selfish human being. you don't care about your current partner if you need to write in like this. you just care about yourself, and you are very cold to other peoples feelings. you are dragging this person along and they don't deserve it. are they just being used as rebound? take a good look at yourself mate. your abusing this current person, and their life. i don't know what happened to your ex and you and the reasons, the true reasons you two separated, but you need to look at this. WAKE UP. MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND STOP USING OTHERS PEOPLES LIVES AS A TOY AND ...DECIDE. give this new person the decency move on. SELFISH.
