How do you get skulled on RuneScape?

easy you just fight another real player on pvp world (not in al kharad or clan wars) and attack first if you counter an attack it doesent skull you if your defending your self and not the first attacker and it should go away in like 15 min or something if you don't attack any other players first for 15min (again not including al kharad or clan wars) the skull means that your evil for one and two you lose all you items if you die while skull so don't risk it please

Wander099: This happens when you attack another player on a PVP world and only happens when you are the initial aggressor (in other Words, if someone else attacks you and you retaliate, you won't be skulled). After time the skull will disappear if you don't attack anymore people during that time. When you are skulled and die you will lose all items unless you're using prayer to keep one extra. For this reason you must be careful when skulled, but it might be a risk worth taking depending on the situation (it is much less risky if you have teleport runes or are near a safe area).

Runtkirk3: As of the free trade and wild update there are no longer pvp or bounty worlds. The way to get skull is to go into the wild and attack another player befor they attack you. But that isn't the only way.. you can also go into the abyss to get skulled.
