What the is the difference between the hard palate and soft palate?

Hard Palate:

1. The hard palate is supported by the palatine bones and maxillary bones.

2. The hard palate is anterior to the soft palate.

Soft Palate:

1. The soft palate is not supported by any bones.

2. The soft palate is posterior to the hard palate.

3. It is made of muscle and it is continuous with the uvula.
