How do you stop recording a show on dish DVR?

To stop recording a show on Dish DVR, you have to go to "Dish on Demand," and select the gray button three times until you see "Timers." Click that to see the shows that are set to record. Scroll until you find the one you wish to stop, select it, and select "Delete" from that menu.
