How can you freeze the screen during POST so that you can read BIOS information?

I doubt you can stop it, but you can go to the BiOS setup and look at the settings without changing anything. I think holding the F8 key early in the boot process takes you to the BiOS setup.

Or you could try taking a picture or video of it.
