Can you give your class 10 exam from IGNOU BOARD?

Yes I gave the exam last year under IGNO BOARD but exam Center workers says, you must give again, I ask them regarding last year exam but they can't say any thing they loosed every thing of my documents, I don't want to take again and again Class 10 Exam every year please give me suggestion what I use to do.
