Respected Principal,

I am [Name], a student of [Grade] at [School Name]. I am writing this letter to request your permission to not attend the Taekwondo class.

I have been a student of taekwondo for the past [Time] and have enjoyed it thoroughly. However, due to my current academic commitments, I am finding it difficult to manage the additional workload of taekwondo. As a result, I am unable to give my best in both the classes and would like to take a break from taekwondo for the time being.

I would like to request you to kindly allow me to skip the taekwondo class for now. I am willing to take the class again once I am done with my current academic commitments. I am also open to attending the class part-time if that is possible.

I hope you will consider my request and grant me the necessary permission. I am confident that I will be able to manage both my academic and taekwondo commitments once I am done with my current academic commitments.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

[Name]
