What the average pants size for a 13 5'3 boy?

okay im 13 5'6 and a little overweight and wear 32-34inch (34 with a belt) so im guessing for you id wear mid 20s-30inch also i like to wear dark blue-light greyish black jeans that are boot cut or straight with a little clutser at the feet (dont like skinny jeans)
