How do you get highlights without going to a hair salon?

You have to pull your hair threw a cap it looks like a clear or colored cap that has holes in it. You'll need a little pen looking thing with a hook at the end to pull the hair threw. Or you can get hair foil and get a paintbrush looking thing put 1.put the foil under hair 2.use the paintbrush to paint your hair with the color you use 3.role up the foil 4.leave it in for 30 mins. 5. Wash outthe colr in the shower.
