How do you turn a erma-werke mod kgp 69 semi-auto in to a full auto?

There are two ways to go about it (two legal ways, and that's all that will be covered here):

1. You obtain a Class III NFA tax stamp in order to allow this conversion to be done. Then you send it to a Type 7 FFL licensed dealer/manufacturer who has a Class III Special Occupational Tax stamp to do the work.
2. You obtain a Type 7 FFL and Class III Special Occupational Tax stamp.
