What is customer query resolution?

Quite simply this means solving a problem raised by the customer. From experience, you sometimes have to ask questions to establish whether the stated problem is the real one and don't just make assumptions. It never hurts to ask the question, "has that fully resolved the query that you had"? If yes, fine, if no, you need to explore further.
