Is Hulk Hogan in TNA

Yes he can if he doesn't abuse his power like he did in WCW and made him win all of his matches. If he gives everyone a fair chance and lose once in a while then sure. He has a great personality and character and really improve TNA's chances against WWE. However it will take a MAJOR boost in ratings for WWE to even consider TNA a threat yet alone for TNA to beat them. Anyway hoped I helped.
