What if a guy and a girl like each other but the girl cant date until shes 16?

You can do what some of my friends are doing. The hang out all the time. You do not have to go to dinner and a movie. You can hang with him/her and call it a date too. Dates can very from hanging out at school to going to a formal dinner. What you call it is what it is between you and him/her.
