How long does it take for skin to grow back around the belly button if it ripped?

The skin wont 'grow back', if its ripped you should get it stitched or put some of those paper strips on it to keep it together. And over time it will heal, but It will leave a scar, which should fade a little over time. Though it will always be visible.
