No Disqualification matches and hard core matches usually have negative effect on the wrestlers body. After all, they are also human. External items like ladders, steel cage, tables, chairs etc are used by wrestlers to hit one another during the match. Though they take every precaution to ensure that the other party doesn't get hurt much, it is practically impossible to avoid injury in such matches.
