What does cumplo and cumples mean in English?

Yo cumplo = I fulfill
Tu cumples = you fulfill

Cumplir also means birthday, as in cumpleaños, in this case it will mean this:
Yo cumplo = I am going to be (so many years old)
Tu cumples = you are going to be (so many years old)
