Who shall officiate when president is tried for impeach ment?

When a president is tried for impeachment, the Chief Justice of the United States presides over the Senate trial. This is stipulated in Article I, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. All other Senate members serve as jurors in the trial, and a two-thirds majority vote is required to convict and remove the president from office.
