According to the Florida Child labor laws. When school is in session you are able to work a maximum of three hours a day on school day, and up to a maximum of 8 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday.
When school is not in session, you are able to work up to a maximum of 8 hours a day, every day, as long as you only work up to 40 hours a week.
The hours of which you are legally allowed to work are anytime between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
