To answer the second half of your question: yes, the motels are housing illegal aliens. Large 3 and 4 star hotels seem to actually set aside certain floors that act as tiny villages (which smell like hell because of all the fried cooking and inadequate ventilation). To answer the first half of your question, the East Indians know how to make money in the U.S. They couldn't care less about improving the country, they are here to use us.

Their motels require no upkeep, obviously, so very little overhead. The hotels are are not regulated by Health Departments so are kept at substandard conditions. The land appreciates in value. And the motels never suffer the same vacancy problems as the better hotels because they are profitable when used for trafficking. Kind of weird that such bigoted and sexist people now own the Hospitality business in the U.S. (and complain about how they themselves are treated) but the country is on its way down anyway. We're so stupid we're even paying to put their kids through college because they say they are minorities. Hahahahaha.
