How many procurement requests should a procurement specialist be able to process per month?

This is Generalised Question lets break it up into class A ,class B and class C .Class A is Value greater than 5Lacs and Class B Less than 5 Lacs ,Class C consumabales such as Rams,HDD,some minor reapirs etc.

Class A :If you are involved in class A items then you need to spend more time with end user on specification,technical details,understanding their requirements and expectations from vendors.Also the time spent with vendor on negotiation would be more as there will be level's of negotiation based on the cost of products/service. In such cases on an average 28-32 PO's per month.

Class B : 32 to 25PO's per month

Class C : 50 to 60 PO's per month
