As a collector's item, it would depend on the condition it is in, and how plentiful this denomination and year combination is. At face value, it is worthless, for all practical purposes. As a matter of fact, since France adopted the euro in 2005, you might not be able to exchange this even if it were a much bigger value.
In 1960 new francs were issued, with a value of 100 old francs to one new. Your 5 franc would then have been worth 5 centimes. When I was in Europe in the late 1960s and 1970 I think you could get a cup of coffee for about 50 centimes--that would have been ten of the coin you have.
