On bully ps2 how can you tell on bullies?

You cant tell off of other kids in jimmys year believe me ive tried. Only the younger kids like Gloria can tell off of the older kids but if your getting beaten up or chased then run past a prefect and he will bust the kid trying to beat you up :)
