How do you write Hebrew with vowels on a computer?

The modern Hebrew keyboard includes vowels, but since they're not commonly used, they're not easy to get to:

1. press Alt and Caps Lock.
   
2. Then hold down the Shift key and type a number from 1 to 0 while your blinking cursor is inserted between two Hebrew letters which you've typed.
