What does it mean when someone says 'I am Yours'?

when someone say to you "i am yours'.. it means his willing to marry you or else he/she decided to give his body and soul to you!! '''Answer''' They are saying "you are the one for me" or "you are all I want" or something along those lines. They are letting you know that they want only you.
