How long do the withdrawal symptoms from getting off Prozac last?

I stopped taking 40mg about a week ago and have a lingering headache and nausea ---- *i started not taking mine either and now i have dry mouth and head achs ---- *stopping abruptly after 8 years I'm now finding myself "loosing it" over the most trivial matters with family members. I want to escape my home, and I want people to leave me alone. I was never like this before. I was a mild mannered loving person and now everyone's walking on eggshells around me. Will this pass?
