Do you need a high school diploma or GED to work as a bank teller?

I didnt graduate from highschool, or get a GED and I was highered (and still working) at a bank. I had worked in retail since I was 16, and had customer service awards to back me up though. As long as you meet most of the requirements, youll end up getting the job. Basically what banks are looking for is someone who is very friendly and out going, and knows sales.
