Why does the cab cab light and door ajar light stays on after the door is close on a 1998 Mazda B 2500 truck?

Check the switchs normally on the front door jams. I would check the drivers side first. it is normally just a push button switch. Also get a can of wd40 and lube all the doors mechinsems and anything that is metal and moves It seem to fis the door agar light
