How do you rotate the screen in desktop?

Sometimes, this feature will only work on some computers, but I'll give the directions anyway...

-Hold down Ctrl, Alt and Any Arrow Key, But the up arrow, (you only press the up arrow when you want to rotate it to it's original position), click those buttons all at the same time and you will have a rotated screen!
