Well martin cooper was an electrical engineer then he started to work for Motorola and the made police radiOS. His idea for the cell phone was from the police radiOS. They thought it would be a great idea instead of having to go to somebody house and talk or sit in the car and drive. It made one of the greatest impacts in america.
