Can a women be a evangelist?

Jesus' command to his followers to preach and teach others the truths of the scriptures (Matthew 28:19-20) was given to all of them, including women. There are a number of women that were Christians mentioned in The Bible, even ones that were actively preaching to others. A noteworthy example would be Priscilla, who worked along with her husband in the ministry. (Romans 16:3)
