its not real. it started as a scam. if there really was a mayor Botin, you would be able to search for him on the net no problem. If his name is mentioned in a article, it will come up when u search on the net.
silly people, if u just do a little research u will be able to tell if something is a scam or not. and u can do it all on the net.
How to tell if it is a new scam no one has heard of. easy:
1. can they spell properly and is it gramatically correct. if its not - post that what u recieved is a scam so that maybe u can stop step 3.
2. if all u have is ur savings, why would u give it away.
3. someone has to go down for them to be caught - do u want that to be u.
4. if they want ur bank details. give them a po box number for a cheque - scams wont send cheques cause they want ur details so they can steal all of ur money(if its real - who cares how long it takes to clear) tell ur bank before u put it in just incase.
