Can vampires have kids

Vampires do not exist, therefore vampires cannot reproduce, therefore vampires cannot have kids. They do not exist. But theoretically if they did exist, then they should be able to have kids.

Vampires cannot reproduce because the woman stop growing which stops there cycle men on the other hand still have there sperm. Which means only a human woman and a man that's a vampire can have a child.
